Are there any add-ons anywhere that allow for an indicator click? Sometimes I'll leave my indicators on without knowing (sometimes the steering wheel covers the light), plus it would add to the realism.
Oh, wow. Everyone at my school was taking about this too! I was thinking about not doing my homework and telling my teachers I didn't do it because I thought the world was going to end.
We went to drive the real thing there a couple of weeks ago. My best lap was a 1:31 so the MRT is still plenty faster than the real karts. It's a great track, and the karts were top notch too. More info and photos here if you're interested:
We had a great time at Radotin. The bus worked fine, so thanks for that.
The karts were probably the best I've driven. Really nicely balanced and very consistent. Amazing really given that they're driven by Joe Public all day.
The track was good too, plenty to learn and very bright and pleasant for a kart track. Really hard on the arms though, especially in the first session.
The best bit of the track was up in the far left corner, the long fast right hander which tightens.
Here are a few photos (the people in the karts are not us, as we were all out on the track at the same time):
Sometimes I have my tank at 15% full, and I have my settings to refuel 20%, and then every time I pit again, it adds another 20%, so eventually I get to around 75/95% and it makes my car a little sluggish with the extra weight. The way it's setup now, it's like every time you stop at a gas station, your car is automatically filled up, even if you're just going in to get some coffee or something.
For the cars, instead of having one version, we have trim levels? Like for the XFG, we can have the base trim with a smaller engine and crappy plastic bumpers and for the top level, you could have a turbo V6 with a subtle body kit and sport suspension! So what do you think? +1/-1?
To get your XRT sounds back, rename them from XRT_blah to RAC_XRT_blah. I had a similar problem a while back and this was a temporary solution. It should fix itself in the next patch.
Ok, this is really bothering me. I had a really nice FXR Guinness beer skin and since I switched computers, I lost the file. I also don't know where I got it from. So somewhere on the interwebz, this skin is floating around.
Good work Jason, sounds excellent. It's too far ahead for me to be able to say for sure yet but I'm very interested and would likely bring 1/2 team-mates along.
